Grey Matter Fire & Security Ltd have one of the largest knowledge bases in the UK, with our own engineers being able to support equipment from nearly every single UK manufacturer including older and harder to source equipment ranges.
In addition to routine maintenance you will be able to contact us should there be an emergency with your system requiring us to respond to you, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. You have our backup ensuring you further peace of mind.
We are able to service and maintain Fire Detection, PAVA, Intruder, Access Control, CCTV, Portable Extinguishers, Dry Risers and many other systems.
Our management team visit our customers regularly and ensure their expectations are being met and exceeded. Not only does this ensure our customers know the people that look after these critical systems, it also allows us to check there have been no significant changes to the building that would require the fire or security systems to be updated.
We provide advice on latest legislation such as the RRO so that our customers know what these changes mean to them and even provide Fire Risk Assessments on their behalf if they require us to. We also keep our clients informed of any information / updates relating to equipment in their building.
