Initial design

When designing any life safety system, responsible parties must be competent.
At Grey Matter Fire & Security we are able to fully design all aspects of your system, ensuring we are always up to date with all the latest design criteria and current legislation such as BS5839, D.D.A and the R.R.O.’
We can assist consultants with specialist items and with a wide range of equipment manufacturers, we can select the style and type of system that will be most fit for purpose.
Installation & Construction phases

Having selected the correct equipment and designed the system, the project must be successfully delivered.
With full manufacturer support our team will project manage all aspects of the delivery of your works through to completion, demonstration, training and handover to the relevant parties.
We are able to deliver integrated solutions combining packages of Fire Detection, PAVA, and Security systems, with specialists in each discipline. We pride ourselves in delivering a customer focused and professional service, from small additions for end users through to larger construction projects.
Planned Preventative Maintenance

We are only a phone call away!!! The final stage of the life cycle of your safety system is Routine Maintenance and Emergency response.
As a valued service customer, we will provide routine maintenance for your systems at regular intervals to ensure the system is in full working order.
In addition to this you will be able to contact us should there be an emergency with your system requiring us to respond to you, 24 hours a day. You have our backup ensuring you peace of mind.
